Get strong in any setting you are comfortable in: home, gym or in a park. Designed for everyone from a person who has never set foot in a gym or strength trained before through advanced trainees.

The goal

Our online service has one simple goal: make you strong in any setting you are comfortable in: home, gym or in a park. The online service caters to everyone from a person who has never set foot in a gym or strength trained before through advanced trainees such as professional dancers and someone looking to work on their single arm push up or weighted pistol squats. And everyone in between.

A training session is 50 minutes long. Our current batches are at the following times (IST):

How online training sessions work

You sign into a Zoom call at a fixed time three to six times a week. A coach guides you through 50 minutes of training. The goal of training online with us is straightforward: improve your strength levels and endurance levels.

We use a combination of bodyweight exercises such as push ups, one arm push ups, single leg squats, jumps and weighted exercises to make you stronger.

Initial sessions

After you schedule an assessment, a coach guides you through how the training hour works and gets a sense of how you move. We understand your injury history and other constraints to shape our coaching choices. If you like what you hear, we move on to then one-on-ones.

The coach spends 2-3 sessions with you one-on-one teaching you how to perform certain basic exercises well. The exercises you are coached are based on your capacity, constraints and current strength levels.

Once you get used to how the coach cues you and communicates with you, you are moved into a group training hour. The coach guides you through the hour helping making you do all the moves that you were taught during the one-on-one hours.

Levelling up

As you get stronger with more training, the coach makes the exercise variants more challenging based on your comfort and rate of progression.

You can train from home, a gym or any setting you are comfortable in. Clients often train with us from hotel rooms while they travel. Or a resort gym. The idea is to make training a daily fixture regardless of time zone, work demands or setting.

You get cues and nudges so you can execute consistently well and make exercises more challenging. The clock, sets, repetitions and exercises are managed carefully to ensure you recover well and progress smoothly.

Monthly fee

We sign up clients a month at a time. If you like the format, enjoy the coaching and find yourself looking forward to the sessions, you can sign up for the next month. Our current fee is ₹4,400 per month. The fee is pro-rated based on start date.
